We offer two types of delivery options to suit your order:

1. Parcel Delivery (Australia-wide):

For orders that do not include cakes, freeze-dried birthday cookies, or cat grass, we can ship via parcel anywhere in Australia. Shipping is handled by Sendle, and the cost is calculated at checkout.

2. Cake Delivery (Greater Melbourne):

For cakes and other fresh products, we’ve partnered with a third-party delivery service to ensure your order arrives fresh and on time.

Here’s our delivery fee structure based on distance from our Melbourne CBD store:

Within 5km: Free delivery for orders over $99, otherwise $9.99 delivery fee.

Within 20km: Free delivery for orders over $149, otherwise $17.99 delivery fee.

Within 30km: Free delivery for orders over $249, otherwise $39.99 delivery fee.

Yes! While cakes and cat grass stay local, everything else can be shipped Australia-wide by parcel.

Cats are strict carnivores and famously fussy eaters (though there are always exceptions—our resident cat loves dog cakes!). Since our dog cakes may include ingredients like veggies that some cats might turn their noses up at, we recommend choosing our cat-specific cakes for your feline friends.

That said, dogs usually love our cat cakes because they’re packed with meat—perfect for pups who enjoy a meaty treat!

Our cakes may look small, but they’re made from 100% meat and other natural ingredients—making them much denser and heavier than a typical sponge cake. For example, our 4-inch cake weighs around 350g, which is a lot by dog diet standards.

Remember, it’s not about the size—it’s about the nutrition! A little goes a long way, and our cakes are designed to be a special treat, not a full meal. Always feed according to your pet’s size and dietary needs.
