However, every pet is unique, and we recommend consulting your vet if your pet has any allergies or dietary restrictions. Supaw Pet Bakery is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by food sensitivities or allergies.

2. Portrait Cake Disclaimer

Portrait cakes are hand-decorated based on the photo provided. While we aim to capture your pet’s likeness, the result may vary due to design limitations. We do not guarantee an exact match.

3. Order & Pickup

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise specified.

Pre-order is required for custom cakes.

Orders not picked up on the selected date may be discarded after 24 hours. Refunds will not be provided.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within our designated delivery zones. Fees apply based on distance.

We partner with third-party couriers for deliveries. Once the order leaves our store, we are not responsible for delays or damage in transit.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or late pickups.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with supporting photos.
