How to take the picture?

  • Ensure your pet is clearly in focus
  • Capture the full front face, including eyes, nose, ears, chin, and forehead, without being too close to the lens.
  • The background color should contrast with your pet's fur color.
  • Use natural light and avoid filters.
  • Recent photos—no puppy pictures.

If you’re super picky about accuracy but don’t have great photos, we recommend ordering a cake without a portrait. We’ve never met your pet—we’re crafting from photos only. Colour may vary due to lighting/filters, and we can’t guarantee a perfect match.

How to store it?

Our fresh cakes can be stored in the fridge for 4 days, but like all fresh food, it looks and tastes best when fresh.
